All services are performed using premium-quality products and professional techniques.

Appointments & Booking Policy

• Advance booking is highly recommended
• Appointments are confirmed only after receiving the booking amount (if applicable)
• Clients must arrive on time to avoid delays
• Late arrivals may lead to reduced service time or rescheduling

Payment Policy

• All clients are required to clear the full balance before the makeup/service begins
• Booking amount (if taken) is non-refundable
• We accept payments via Cash, UPI, and other available methods
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

Cancellation Policy (No Refunds)

• All bookings are strictly non-refundable
• No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances
• Rescheduling is allowed only with prior notice and subject to availability
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in loss of booking amount

Photography Policy

• We do not allow outside photographers inside the studio
• Our in-house photography (if available) may be used for portfolio and promotional purposes
• Clients must inform us in advance if they do not wish their photos/videos to be used

Hair Accessories & Extensions Policy

• All hair accessories (except basic pins) must be arranged by the client
• Items such as:
• Real flowers
• Special hair accessories
  must be brought by the client

If not arranged:

• Artificial accessories / hair extensions will be provided at additional cost
• These are not included in makeup packages

Health & Skin Responsibility

• Clients must inform us about:
• Skin allergies
• Medical conditions
• Sensitivities

We are not responsible for any reactions if prior information is not disclosed.

Personal Belongings

• Clients are responsible for their personal belongings
• The management is not liable for:
• Loss
• Theft
• Damage

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

• A client behaves inappropriately
• Hygiene or safety standards are not followed
• Any situation disrupts the working environment

Hygiene & Safety Standards

• We maintain strict hygiene protocols
• All tools and products are sanitized regularly
• Clients are expected to cooperate with safety guidelines

General Salon Rules & Regulations

• Only necessary accompanying persons are allowed (if applicable)
• Clients must maintain respectful behavior with staff
• Any damage caused to studio property by the client will be chargeable
• Mobile usage should not interfere with the service process
